crooked rider -exercises Mods-can you move to Hunter/Jumper?
skyy said: As a spinoff from the great advice I've received under my "moving over without speeding up" thread, if you know that you tend to collapse to the left and you ride with your right leg a little ahead, is it better to do exercises to square yourself up riding with no stirrups, the left dropped or the right dropped? I find that I can do everything better with no stirrups - I can use my legs much more effectively if I don't have my stirrups. If I only drop one I find myself doing these crazy contortions with my body to try to stay centered. What do you guys think? Sorry - this should have been in Hunter/Jumper

Over the months I've been going to him for periodic adjustments, he has added more exercises to help stabilize and strengthen my core muscles. These have helped immensely. Now I'm riding better than ever.
